Welcome! I want to commend you on taking your initial step on a journey towards wellness! I founded Echo Counseling Services after noting individuals' need for uniquely and personally tailored therapy to meet THEM and their lived experience(s). Our mental health journeys begin at birth, and it's essential to have counseling that adapts with us through different life stages. I'm dedicated to helping clients discover their voice and build a deeper understanding of themselves. Wellness is YOUR story. I have experience working with diverse groups of adolescents, teens, and adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression stress management, academic success, relationships, life transitions, self-esteem, selfcovery, and grief. I offer compassionate support in advocacy, social justice, self-exploration, personal development, and educational growth. Together, we can navigate your journey and find smoother ahead!
